Hoyanation, this past Monday Georgetown's Freshman Hollis Thompson was name BIG EAST Rookie of the Week for his fearless team play so far this season. Against the Lafayette Leopards Thompson made all six of his field goal attempts, 4-4 three pointers, and finished with 16 points. I have been very impressed with this young Hoya. The freshman finished his school career early to join the Hoyas basketball team part of last season. This has been a great benefit to Hollis and the Hoyas so far this season and Hoyanation knows it will only get better for Thompson and the mighty Hoyas.
