The Gray Out

GRAY OUT is it was, as a matter of fact I would call it an ALL GRAY game for the simple fact it was all Hoyas. 68-56. Junior foward Nate Lubick (16 pts. 10 rebs. 4 ast. 2 blocks& 1 stl.) had an outstanding game againt St. John's.Junior point guard leader Markel Starks hit four 3 pointers and had 12 points for the Hoyas. Sophomore Jabril Trawick had 12 points and teammate super sophomore Otto Porter added 11 points and 7 rebounds.

The crowd in the Verizon Center aka "phone booth" was alive, the cheerleaders cheered, the student section was in full force. Jack and JJ were busting and tearing it up, the Hoyas band was rocking. The Stonewalls, steadily waving the old blue and gray all game was totally amazing, and myself the same ole me hyped and passionate about my squad. The Hoyas! Hoya Saxa! The Hoyas are coming! It's gonna be a Hoyas Banner Year! Hoyas Banner Year.
