Greyhounds race to D.C. for matchup with the Hoyas

GLIDE
WHAT ROCKS!
HOYAS!

VS.

It's been a few days Hoynation and friends.  For some reason it seemed like an eternity until gameday this time.  I don't know why it felt like this, maybe I'm just anxious for the game.  But one thing I could say is I'm still focused.  The Hoya Deam Season continues in full fashion when the Loyola Greyhounds (4-5) race into town.  The Greyhounds are out of the Metro Athletic Association Conference and are (0-2) in conference play so far this season, but have win over UMBC, Darthmouth, Morgan State U, and Mount St. Mary's.  Four year varsity letter senior Jamal Barney leads the Greyhounds in scoring at (11.8) pts. per outing.

On a Hoya note, the mighty Hoyas (10-1) are seeking their 11th win of the season against the Greyhounds.  Although Georgetown's one lost has come agaisnt the Temple Owls, they rebounded with a recent big win over Appalacian State last week in fast breaking fashion.  I'm sure the Hoyas are looking forward to the challenge tommorrow against the Loyola Greyhounds out of Baltimore City.  Senior Austin Freeman (18.9 pts.) leads the Hoyas in scoring.  The Hoyas have been playing great team basketball all season and will continue to do so one game at a time.  The Hoyas remained focused on their dream will play with a sense of urgency.  Their intensity will be at a high against Loyola and will be a joy to watch and of course Hoyanation and friends I know you'll cheering the boys on!

WE R WHO WE R HOYAS!

WE ARE GEORGETOWN!
