Georgetown Hoyas face Marquette at the Bradley Center with hopes of "redemption"

GLIDEHOYAS

VS.

Jason Clark glides up and away for the swat against Marquette guard Dominic James in last seasons game at the Verizon Center (D.C.)

The Hoyas (11-1 2-0 BE)  will go into the Bradley Center with hopes of redeeming themselves with two "tough" losses against Marquette (9-5 0-2 BE) last season.  In both of those losses last season the Hoyas played tough but came up short each time, decisions at "critical moments" in those games hurt the Hoyas, but this was due to youth and experience.  The Hoyas have grown and learned you can only go one way, UP!  The "hard work and determination" from the end of  last season play a big factor in the Hoyas' maturation and dedication from last season's end to the present.  This season is a "totally" a different season.  The Hoyas have been playing "consistent team basketball" and will continue to do so.  Although Marquette sits second from the bottom of the Big East standings, it's still early in the Big East and anything can happen in the blink of an eye in the Big Easy?  No, BIG EAST!   Marquette's last two conference games against have both been heartbreakers with a 63-62 loss to West Virginia on the road and a loss at home to Villanova 74-72.  I think Marquette will be well prepared and ready as both teams have something to play for. I do know some things, "as long as the Hoyas stay focused, determined, smart and tough, they will continue to glide with a "sense of urgency" in every aspect of this very important Big East affair against Marquette."  Let's Go Hoyas!  Hoyanation, lemme hear you say HOYA SAXA!  HOYA SAXA!  HOYA SAXA!  2010 HOYAS GET IT IN!  LET'S GOOOOOO!!!  SIX "O'S" IN GO = CHAVIS!  THE DREAM CONTINUES!

WE READY!
HOYAS!

WE ARE GEORGETOWN!
